The cargo Magic car hit a passenger auto coming from the opposite direction on the Bhagwan Nagar National Highway on its way from Dharmanagar to Kailashahar causing the other auto behind it to overturn injuring three people and the passenger auto crashed.

On hearing the loud noise, the locals rushed to the spot and rescued the three injured and took them to Kailashahar Unkoti District Hospital for treatment.

The number of passenger magic car is TRE 1839 along with the number of two passenger autos involved in the accident is TR063005 and another passenger auto is number TR 02C2113.
