AGARTALA, Jan 6 (TIWN): Tripura Samagra Shiksha Employees Association’s teaching and Non-teaching staffs raising various demands placed Deputation to the Education Department. The demands were raised regularisation of services of all teaching and Non-teaching staffs of Samagra Shiksha. As the RMSA teachers were enhanced Salary but the NC teachers were not enhanced Salary so demand was raised to enhance the salary of the Non-teaching staffs. Demands raised financial benefits should be given to the Non-teaching teachers of Samagra Shiksha. Demands also raised to relieve all teaching and Non-teaching staffs from the Election duty.
While raising those demands an employee of Tripura Samagra Shiksha Employees Association said that under Previous Govt’s era DA, house Rent, MA, CA were given but after formation of BJP-IPFT Govt all facilities have stopped, which means they are being deprived from all the facilities.
The employee also said that in the next Cabinet, if decisions were not not taken to provide all financial facilities and regularisation, then they will go for massive protest in the coming days and will be forced to gherao Education Minister and CM’s residence.
