AGARTALA, Jan 1 (TIWN): STGT Job Aspirants met Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath on new year’s morning as they are tense due to the election being close by and no appointment letter being given. But once again, they were told that the File is right now at Finance Dept. Earlier many times the issue was raised and Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath had said that the matter is up to Finance Dept, but when Finance Minister, cum Deputy CM Jishnu Debbarman was asked about the matter, he said that it’s up to the entire cabinet and not the Finance Dept is controlling these things.
The STGT candidates kept on moving across Finance Minister, CM and Education Minister’s offices. However, so far no positive outcome has come although the Govt has not refused to recruit them now.
On Sunday, the STGT candidates gathered in front of Education Minister’s home but they were again told that their file is right now with Finance Dept.
