AGARTALA, Dec 24 (TIWN): A TSR Jawan named Sujit Kumar Dev working in No.-12 Battalion located in Chakmaghat area lodged a complaint against his battalion on Saturday. TSR Jawan Sujit Kumar Dev said that 3 months ago he went to the Doctor for treatment due to physical illness. After tests, he was diagnosed with TV disease. Meanwhile, the Doctors advised Sujit Kumar Deb to rest for a month.
On the Doctor’s advice TSR Jawan named Sujit Kumar Deb requested a month leave from his Battalion, but an officer in charge of the battalion named Shyamal Debbarma says all the medical papers are fake. Then Sujit Kumar Deb wrote to the Higher officer requesting leave through a letter, after which he said that one month's pay was withheld from his battalion. Sujit Kumar Dev also said that he was called from the Battalion and ordered to continue duty, but he could not do Sujit Kumar Dev duty due to illness
Sujit Kumar Dev also said that he is suffering from financial crisis due to withholding of salary. Sujit Kumar Dev said that he is unable to take medicine properly and also struggling to run his family due to withholding of salary.
