AGARTALA, Nov 20 (TIWN): Chief Minister Manik Saha on Sunday held a meeting with all OCs of all police stations of the state and praised police over law and order situation.
“Tripura Police is no less than other state’s police. We have sent our TSR forces to Gujarat for election and also to Chattishgrah”, said CM.
“In drug-seizure Tripura police’s works have been ranked second. Right now Law and Order situation is very good in Tripura”, Saha added.
“However, police officials addressed about some issues and our Govt will ensure that we can facilitate them with all minimum comforts. Unless the infrastructure is well, the service can not be delivered at best”, said CM.
DGP Amitabh Ranjan was standing with Chief Minister, and nodded to the Chief Minister’s statement.
