AGARTALA, Nov 19 (TIWN): BJP Govt is miserably failing keep its promises on job recruitment. From JRBT to Lab Technicians, Paramedical jobs are pending either for result publication or interview procession but the Govt continues to announce new jobs when thousands of TET qualifiers are yet jobless. On Thursday, cabinet decided to recruit more 399 vacant posts but when asked by the media about the total approximate time period for recruitment, Minister Sushanta Chowdhury could not answer properly.

JRBT Group-C and Group-D interviews were taken in August 2021 but now after more than a year has crossed since JRBT interview was taken, the Govt has no intention to announce the interview results, which has created massive resentment among the job aspirants.

Over 4,500 unemployed pharmacist youths are suffering due to jobless conditions in Tripura and BJP led State Govt which had promised to fill up all vacant posts after coming into power in 2018 failed to recruit pharmacists after two times cabinet approval and announcing through press meets from the Secretariat via Ministers.

Recently, Tripura unemployed pharmacists told media that in 2021 and 2022 twice the cabinet had approved to recruit pharmacists but till now notification has not been given. At first Finance Dept announced over 450 posts' filling up and then it was decreased to 200 but now even job notification for 200 posts is not given. This has generated massive resentment among pharmacist job aspirants.

The job aspirants said if the Govt does not keep its promise, then they will not support the Govt anymore.

In various departments, the situation is name. Over 5000 nursing passed out, 2000 NET, SLET, P.hd qualified remained unemployed but Govt job recruitment in the practical ground has left with massive-backlogs.
