AGARTALA, Nov 17 (TIWN): The ultimate question has been asked by 10323 teachers to the BJP led State and Central Govt regarding the reappointment demand of the terminated teachers. Condemning Chief Minister Manik Saha’s statement at Gandachera and recently in some other places where he labeled 10323 teachers as CPI-M families got jobs under party quota, JMC-10323 teachers’ leader Kamal Deb said, “CM yesterday said that 10323 teachers are from CPI-M families whereas in another program he said our jobs were given by CPI-M Govt and BJP Govt can’t do anything. If this is true, why did BJP promise us to solve our problems in its Vision Document ?”
10323 teachers were promised by BJP before 2018 Assembly Election that once BJP Govt will assume power, their problems will be solved.
It was said by Himanta Biswa Sarma and Sunil Deodhar and other top leaders that a file was exchanged with the Union Law Dept. The BJP involved 10323 teachers to walk in rallies with Modi’s photo and also they were influenced to burn the ad-hoc extension papers by the Supreme Court (which extended 10323 teachers' jobs by 2 years due to teachers' crisis) because BJP was confident and assured the 10323 teachers openly that they do not need such ad-hoc jobs because they will get their permanent jobs if BJP is voted to power.
In 2022, BJP leaders do not mention about all the promises they made before 2018 Assembly Election.
