AGARTALA, Nov 15 (TIWN): Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath on Tuesday while addressing a college program in Agartala claimed that no other Govt in Tripura could work that much which the BJP Govt has done.

The Minister further insulted journalists face to face saying “You people expressed doubts whether all students will get admissions or not but see all have received admissions and no one is left deprived”.

Question raises over Nath’s statement, is it even an achievement for a Govt that all students got admission ? It is constitutional right of students to get admissions for graduation but under BJP Govt due to lack of proper system and synchronization each year, students are facing problems, causing clashes inside colleges.

Moreover, media’s work is to create pressure on the Govt for public benefits. Does it suit a Minister to question the ethics of journalists who himself in his professional career as a lawyer could not achieve anything like other politicians as Pijush Biswas and Arun Chandra Bhowmik ?
