AGARTALA, Nov 5 (TIWN): Congress organised a protest rally against the ongoing attack on Congress workers across the state. During the protest Youth Congress leader Rakhu Das confronting media stated, “Police have turned into Slave, if we file case Police are not detaining BJP goons, but Police taking suo-moto case sending ours leaders and workers to custody implicating false case”.

The Police only implicated the Congress workers under false charges by taking up Suo-moto case in the BJP-Congress clash in Bishalgarh, Bishramganj, GB and across the state, alleged Youth Congress leader Rakhu Das.

Congress raised various question over the Police's friendly- role with BJP, through this Protest rally. Besides, blamed the Bishalgarh PS SDPO Rahul Das for detaining the Congress workers under false case by taking up Suo-Moto case, instead of detaining the BJP miscreants for attacking Congress workers.
