Before this attack on Sunday night, more 15 times, the family was attacked.

The victim family has sought justice. The attacked CPI-M leader has been identified as Koushik Chanda.

His wife was threatened, her gold ornaments were snatched but police did not take any action.

No primary investigation was also even done in this incident.
