He alleged, Ratan Lal Nath always insults him whenever he asks Ratan Lal Nath for anything related to public issues.

However, whether Arun Bhowmik’s remarks against Ratan Lal Nath are genuine or an expression of his discomfort over the sacking of Biplab Deb from CM post, it’s under scanner as the MLA did not praise the new CM Manik Saha at all and rather stated it was only Biplab Deb who brought BJP to power in 2018.

Moreover, both Sushanta Chowdhury and Ratan Chakraborty are close to sacked CM Biplab Deb and it is Sushanta Chowdhury who allegedly threatened new CM Manik Saha after he gave opposition Congress an appointment to meet him followed by a violent attack on Congress in Bishramganj.

Minister Sushanta Chowdhury once Sudip Barman’s right hand, then Biplab Deb’s right hand caused the deadly attack on Sudip Barman ahead of by-polls, had also replaced Ratan Lal Nath as the spokesperson of the State Govt but the new CM Manik Saha again restored Ratan Lal Nath’s position.

Oppositely, Ratan Lal Nath who compared once Biplab Deb with Rabindranath Tagore and Einstein very soon cleverly adjusted with the new CM Manik Saha and is working closely with the new CM. Nath's attitude and his refusal to be a part of anti-Manik group has allegedly blowed the Biplab group.

Arun Chandra Bhowmik, Biswabandhu Sen like MLAs may not get MLA seats in the upcoming 2023 poll which may be another reason for expressing frustration against own party and there is a high chance that Arun Bhowmik may switch to another party for MLA seat.
