AGARTALA, June 19 (TIWN): Flood issue may cause a major impact in BJP’s vote banks in the upcoming by-polls and Congress is not leaving any stone unturned to hit the BJP on that ground. During house to house campaigning, Congress candidate Asish Saha said, “People are heavily resented on the BJP Govt over the massive water logging problems. Bordowali area’s people are the biggest sufferer of water-logging problems and this flood has been worst. People had hopes that BJP will bring a change to the water-logging problem of the city but after four years of Govt, it has majorly failed to do so”.
“Now the candidate Manik Saha is seeking votes urging people to vote for a permanent CM but people are aware about the BJP party now. It could not solve public issues in four years and there is no hope among public that BJP Govt can solve anything further. People will vote for a change in Bordowali”, said Asish Saha.
