AGARTALA, June 16 (TIWN): With various allegations, angst was noticed among customers against a ration shop dealer at Saraspur under Kadamtala block, North District.

The customers claimed, according to the government guidelines the ration shop should be opened at 8 am to 11 am and 4 pm to 6 pm but the ration shop dealer Nishikanta Nath is opening and closing the shop as per his wish by flouting the government guidelines. It was alleged that under-weighted ration items have been given to the customers for a long time and if someone says something, Nishikanta misbehaves with the customers. When the same thing happened again today the customers were outraged and revealed the whole matter in front of the media.

A bunch of allegations were raised against the Saraspur Ration shop owner and employees. Angst customers demanded that the concerned department look into the matter and take necessary steps immediately against the dealer. Otherwise, the customers of Saraspur will stage a protest movement against this unfairness with customers.
