AGARTALA, July 20 (TIWN): Tripurainfoway.com (TIWN) Editor Saumen Sarkar in his Sunday live talk show from USA has reminded Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb for his continuous loose talks like ‘Jats are less intelligent’, memes, saying such irresponsible talks not only destroying Chief Minister’s image but also the image of the State. The Editor said, such talks often create embarrassing situations for the people who are living outside Tripura and people think, Tripura is such backward place. Sarkar further asked CM to focus on administration instead of focusing on political revenges and to enjoy psychofans praises. Pointing COVID-19 failure of Tripura Govt, the Editor has suggested Chief Minister to reappoint Dr Debasish Basu as Health Secretary.
Referring BJP founder leader, Prasenjit Chakraborty, Saumen Sarkar said, Prasenjit Chakraborty whose escorts were withdrawn just before attacks, was himself a BJP senior leader. Instead of helping, the BJP Govt used police machinery not to take any action against the miscreants who attacked Prasenjit Chakraborty.
“Same happened with MLA Sudip Barman, who was attacked by BJP’s IT cell and the IT cell members are employed in the Secretariat itself”, said Sarkar.
In a mockery, TIWN Editor also congratulated BJP Govt for getting portways.
“Whoever is speaking against Biplab Deb, Ratanlal Nath, are being attacked. Recently a girl in Udaipur was attacked by same machinery after she mocked a leader in satirical gesture. I request the Govt to restore the Democracy in the state. BJP has lost its popularity and just few bikers are driving in night being drunk and attacking few persons at night. This is not the way to gain popularity for a political party”, said the Editor.
