AGARTALA, Jan 5 (TIWN): Tripura’s dilapidating healthcare causing massive difficulties across state as basic healthcare facilities do not exist in hospitals amid fresh charges were imposed on hospital services under BJP government .

Tripura is the only State in country where every year few hundred people die out of Malaria but CM Biplab Deb who is holding the Health Dept has turned blind eyes into these problems.

CM manages ample time to visit Blood Donation Camps, cultural programs, even attending “Kirtans” to eating sumptuous lunch at people’s houses, but never finds time to tour State hospitals.

Carelessness of doctors and staffs in govt hospitals risks lives under Biplab Deb’s “Diamond Era” rule every day.

At a glance it is clear that from rural areas to Agartala city everywhere hospitals are suffering due to lack of proper infrastructure as well as due to lack os doctor’s special concentration towards the patients. The poor prefer government hospitals, due to free treatment and medicinal facilities provided. But the poor sanitation, basic infrastructure like beds and unhappy staffs are the prime factors that are the obstacles they face.

On a visit to the city’s prime hospital GB, it could be noticed patients lying on the floor in this winter. An old woman with saline channel in her hand lies in front of the bathroom door inside the ward. Proper bed is far from their dreams,  they don’t even get a blanket or a mattress to lie down. Is this what GOOD DAYS look like?

On the other the ministers wearing costly dresses, addresses the media and the people claiming “Tripura is on the right way of Development”. They boast about saying crime rate to have decreased whereas a minor girl of class 9 being gang raped , admitted at crucial condition in the hospital. Where the government builds tall buildings, there are no bed facilities for the patients.
