AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Jan 2 (TIWN): In spite of huge sabotage attempts by Biplab Deb-Pratima Bhowmik aligned BJP factions to stop Sudip Barman’s rally but Public have geared up to join sacked Health Minister Sudip Barman’s rally on January 3rd. Sacking the most popular political pillar from the Cabinet Sudip Barman who was instrumental in forming BJP Govt and gifted BJP 6 MLAs, top leaders, youth activists and lakhs of voters from the Congress party in Assembly Election 2018. Without Sudip Barman’s support, BJP wouldn’t have come to power in 2018. Politically, Biplab Deb, who is nothing rather than operated by BJP MP Pratima Bhowmik just like a “remote control” failed in past 22 months with his political immaturity to keep the unity inside the party and self-initiated groupism once with Dy CM Jishnu Debbarma and another time with Sudip Barman.

Barman who is career politician, naturally more popular than 2 years experienced party activist turned Chief Minister Biplab Deb, but instead of appreciating and utilizing Sudip Barman’s strength, Deb chose to sack Barman from the Ministry after he talked against the deteriorating law and order of the state when doctors came in attacks as Sudip Barman was also the Health Minister.

However, by betraying Sudip Barman, BJP is now rattled as along with the major section of BJP common men too are with Sudip Barman as law and order’s such deterioration was never observed in Tripura.

BJP took an attempt to display a woman Soma Majumder who claimed herself as TATA Kalibari victim (although legally, a person can not reveal her identity before the media) who was beaten before few years and she alleged noncooperation from Sudip Barman on that time, but she was slammed in social media brutally after her illogical statement. BJP Mohila Morcha called a rally to fight back Sudip Barman’s rally but remained without public response.

There are many intrigues with vehicles going on and a  strike was called by BJP backed organization on vehicle to stop Bamran’s rally.

Sudip Barman who also visited Tripurainfoway’s Agartala center on the New Year evening and greeted state Tripura’s people a healthy and prosperous year ahead.  Sudip Barman invited public to join his apolitical rally in Agartala before Rabindra Bhawan on 3rd January which he called after a school girl was gangraped in Sonamura of the Sepahijala Dist.

Barman’s rally to be apolitical, amid much pressures coming from his own party as the rally is against increasing crime against women, eventhough his rally is not against the Govt but against the criminals and their abnormal mindsets. 

Earlier, BJP reportedly has warned its party workers, not to join the rally called by Sudip Roy Barman on January 3rd which has termed  as apolitical and voice for women when law and order periled in the state and numbers of rapes, crimes against women in rise.

BJP MLA, Ex-Health Minister Sudip Roy Barman’s rally is apolitical, will have no connection with any political purpose, a statement by Barman stated.

Now, public eyeing for the upcoming rally and its strength led  by Sudip Barman.

The rally will proceed on 3rd January from Agartala Rabindra Bhawan premise at 11 am and Sudip Roy Barman has called all sections of people to join the protest and raise voice against Crime against Women.

The BJP MLA has called for a protest against nationwide increasing rapes and crimes against women. The MLA is BJP’s sacked Health Minister Sudip Roy Barman (he was terminated after questioning on Law & Order), stated, one can not sit at home anymore keeping silence and in mute-mode as times for patience have crossed. He has announced a massive protest on 3rd January 2020 demanding ‘safety for women’.

He said, it should be New Year resolution that no woman should remain unprotected.
