AGARTALA, Dec 28 (TIWN): CPI-M’s expelled leader has joined BJP, erupted controversy inside the party in ADC areas.

The leader is Patiram Tripura, who expelled from CPI-M before 2 months. In a press release on 22nd December, CPI-M had terminated him.

The executive member of Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (ADC) was terminated after his anti-Party activities were exposed. 

With the joining of Patiram Tripura in BJP, CPI-M has called the Party a party of Dustbin where all expelled leaders are welcomed from other parties.
