GANDACHERA, Dec 26 (TIWN): 21 months BJP rule has hit rock bottom in popularity as public were seen overall boycotting Biplab Deb’s Gandacherra Rally as very less people shown up today. Public have enmasse rejected Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s rally at Gandachera today which was organized for Lt. Chanmohon Tripura who was allegedly killed in CPI-M era and according to BJP, it was political murder although the case is dismissed now and nothing could be found. However, 21 months of experience about the BJP Govt today public came in mass rejection of the rally, whereas, it has been assumed that due to Anti-CAA row also the rally was rejected alongwith, poverty, worklessness conditions across Tripura. Addressing at the little amount of gathering, Chief Minister Biplab Deb said, “The CPI-M often raises question and try to influence public asking what have they gotten in 20 months. I say, what BJP Govt has done in 20 months the CPI-M could not do in 25 years”.

CM also promised 2500 families jobs at 400 crores investment in Gandachera. The promise was given ahead of ADC Poll just as Tripura people were given ‘house to house jobs’ before Assembly Election 2018.

“My Govt is working for the youths’ future in Tripura and in coming days also in the same direction my Govt will work. I know, when public see a Chief Minister they think when their children will get jobs ? They ask the Govt when the road in front of our home will be repaired ? When electricity will come in our area ? When will we have enough incomes ? When will my agriculture develop and my fishing cultivation will get boost ?", he added.

"My dear friends, my Govt is working in that direction. Gandachera has long water body and I’m preparing for your income and developmental policy has been taken for that. Rs. 200 crores will be the expenditure on that time. I will give 15^th Finance Commission. Gandhacera water body will be developed into cage fishery system and at least Rs. 400 to Rs. 500 crores of income will have in Gandachera. I have counted at least 2500 families to get incomes and jobs from that cage fishing”, CM said.
