UDAIPUR/AGARTALA 24 Dec 2019 (TIWN): Where Tripura CM is busy meandering around the housed for his Sunday lunch, his in-arm companion Leaders and party workers are busy attacking opposition party rallies ,though this type of incidents are nothing new in Tripura. After coming into power, the BJP-IPFT ally Govt. burnt many houses, party offices, destroyed shops and cars of the opposition CPIM now and then. Sometimes these attacks were witnessed in Dharmanagar, mohanpur, Kanchanpur, Gandachara, or Agartala. Within past few days this type of inhuman incident could be noticed at Belonia and Tuesday it could be witnessed at Udaipur , where Opposition party CPIM organised a rally after having proper permission from the Administration.

The BJP supporters showed their angst against the massive gathering who came to support the Rally of CPIM. At the starting, the BJP hooligans did not do anything, but as soon as the rally progressed from Jamtala Road to Central Road, along with the increasing number of people joining the Rally, BJP activists started attacking with long bamboo sticks and pelting stones. In this attack, Ex- Minister Ratan Bhowmik  has been severely injured along with MLA Madhab saha and several other party workers. Security guard of Ex-Minister Ratan Bhowmik also has been severely injured. Still this time the CPIM workers did not step back, they strongly condemned the barbaric, inhuman behaviour of the BJP activists and also sat on road blockade. At that time the BJP miscreants ran away.
Here the question arises, whether the State’s prime Opposition party CPIM, doesn’t has the right to organise a rally or gathering with proper permission in the “DIAMOND ERA”? When the attack and stone pelting took in front of the Police, why after so many hours of the incident none of the miscreants has been arrested till now? So, can it be told that this incident was pre-planned? When opposition CPIM was in power, did they conduct any such with  BJP workers at their rallies?
Detractors have an opinion saying finding answers to these questions  is not possible, as the Administration itself is directly related to crimes. Lawless situations and biased Administration is the present  actual face of the JUMLA Govt. run by accidental CM Biplab Deb.
