AGARTALA, Dec 20 (TIWN): CPI-M’s success stories in ADC from developing infrastructures to gifting 100 Auto Rickshaws caused heartburn for BJP so much that now after 20 months CM Biplab Deb asking ‘Jhul (Soup) for lunch in Tiprasa hamlets. Just like before Tripura Assembly Election 2018, Central BJP leaders from Delhi were rushing to Tripura, in the same way, Chief Minister Biplab Deb who is also the Party President of BJP get engaged in ADC area visits at “Govt expenditure” when ADC Election is knocking the doors. However, Chief Minister although overruling ADC administration and not inviting ADC CEM Radha Charan Debbarma during his visit in companies and Govt projects, but ironically all the projects and companies, industries were developed under the CPI-M backed administration. Although using Govt machineries at public tax base expenditure but no ADC authority are seen in those visits. In one line, the BJP Chief Minister is playing just “Cat & Mouse’ games to unseat the rival CPI-M and doing party campaigning with IAS officers because, whenever he is speaking before media, he is seen to bash the CPI-M and blame games.

However, in last 20 months, CM was hardly seen in those villages which are suffering from water crisis and various problems.

Right now, Tripura’s village to town areas all are suffering due to massive crisis and lack of Govt projects’ works but till ADC Election is completed, the focus in on the ADC.

CM blamed from animal husbandry to other things, nothing in organized under the CPI-M administration at ADC whereas in the plain areas (non-ADC) whatever was existing, due to BJP’s misruling public are repenting for unseating the previous Govt.

Thus, at the Govt expenditure, Chief Minister Biplab Deb has started election campaigning in the ADC areas, in the name of official tour with dozens of media persons hired from Agartala.

This is election campaigning because, Chief Minister from beginning to end of his 82 mile in Dhalai visit today blamed CPI-M and previous Govt, alleged deprivation’s under his rival party.

However, for such types of campaigning with massive expenditure, which CM started from last 3 weeks, the Govt is bearing the whole cost.
