AGARTALA, Dec 20 (TIWN): Friction inside the Congress party increased further and cracks between leaders bonds expanded more, when two prominent leaders of Congress Gopal Roy and Subal Bhowmik were missing from celebrations today when Congress party welcomed the “acting” president of the State Congress Pijush Biswas.

However, in an irony, although AICC notification clearly stated that Pijush Biswas will be working the “Acting President” of Tripura and temporary but the celebration led by Pijush Biswas’s followers was done today in Agartala as if “State President” in full-term by totally misquoting the order from Central Congress.

Most interestingly, neither Subal Bhowmik nor Gopal Roy remained present on that occasion.

With all these, question remains whether Congress party’s internal egos and mental-clashes will ever end ?

What AICC notified is exactly this ---- “Hon’ble Congress President has appointed Shri Pijush Kanti Biswas as Acting President of Tripura PCC with immediate effect until a full-term President is appointed”.

But when addressing senior Congress leaders delivered speeches as if Pijush Biswas is the full-term President of Tripura Congress.
