AGARTALA, Dec 20 (TIWN): Police have destroyed huge numbers of phensedyl as a part of anti-drug move.

Reportedly, the drive was held under court order and police officials said that such drives to be continued in future.

The contraband items were seized from a godwon in Badgharghat, Agartala this year only.

The cost of the seized items has been informed at around Rs. 21 lakhs.
