AGARTALA, Dec 19 (TIWN): Sonamura Police have destroyed 39, 740 yaba tablets today led by SP Sepahijala, as a part of anti-drug move.

Reportedly, the drive was held under court order and police officials said that such drives to be continued in future.

The yaba tablets were seized from Sonamura’s Motinagar before one year, December 2018.

Yaba tablets smuggling has drastically increased for last 2 years with a little decrease of ganja smuggling.
