AGARTALA, Dec 16 (TIWN): Unemployment issue which turned BJP’s main poll-issue before 2018 Assembly Election, now haunting the BJP Govt as unemployment rate has increased much more in last 20 months. When 8 lakhs unemployed youths became BJP poll mission to unseat the then Communist party led Govt in Tripura which was distributing around 5,000 jobs per year, Tripura BJP challenged the number 5,000 saying in first one year BJP Govt to fill up 50,000 Govt dept posts although ended by merely thousand jobs in first one year. Chief Minister Biplab Deb who is known for his famous suggestions to youths to rear cows to earn 1 lakh per annum by sitting in home, has however, clarified that what data he used before election about vacancies in Govt depts are actually incorrect and Tripura now has only around 2 lakhs of unemployed youths. He said the data error happened as the previous Manik Sarkar Govt did not update the employment exchange data.

In a massive failure of Vision Document's implementation as per BJP's pre-election promise by then Union Minister Arun Jaitley, Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, Ashok Sinha via Press Conference on Feb 11,2018 at Sonar Tori Hotel which declared 50000 Govt Jobs in 1st year to Tripura's unemployed youths but its turned a massive JUMLA as 50000 Govt Jobs promise remained unfulfiled even after 20 months. BJP Govt's failure in providing 50000 Govt Jobs already turning State Govt unpopular in every passing day among lakhs of unemployed youths.

As Union Minister Arun Jaitley no more, Assam Minister Himanta Biswa avoided Tripura after last year's elections are over, so now Congress Chief Spokesman Ashok Sinha liable to answer 50000 Govt Job promise fraud to Tripura's unemployed youths. Failure in fulfilling these JUMLA promises amounts to mass cheating of public as Govt is in no position to provide these 50000 Govt Jobs.
