AGARTALA, Dec 9 (TIWN): IPFT’s double face was exposed today ahead during the protest against CAB.

Allegedly to weaken the protest which was called for indefinite time by other regional parties in joint movement today, IPFT also called just a 12-hours-strike in the same day whereas IPFT didn’t support the indefinite strike against CAB by the other parties.

After almost a stage managed drama, soon IPFT picketers surrendered and were detained by police, but no top leader either its IPFT President NC Debbarma or the Women cell chief was present with the agitators.

After IPFT’s arrest, all regional parties, NESO, NGO all were arrested soon and the protest was stopped.

When BJP-IPFT Govt asked Govt employees to attend offices at any cost, a group of miscreants have attacked school teachers of various schools. One teacher of Birchandrapur was severly attacked. Allegation raised against IPFT.

Such double games before the ADC election generated massive resentments among the public. Similar games, BJP and IPFT played before Assembly Election by promising two types of lines to two major communities in Tripura.
