AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Dec 4 (TIWN): Tripura’s Law Minister Ratanlal Nath who wanted to see Badal Chowdhury to ‘die’ miserably as declared by himself in a press conference on November 1, 2019 adding, 'Communists always had seen miserable ends' and saying ‘Police lifted Badal Chowdhury from ILS hospital was a beautiful act, correct action’ is for now cooled down as Police could not prove Badal Chowdhury a criminal yet. Ratanlal Nath in that press conference said, “Corruption was done even in Flyover construction but the Badal Chowdhury’s link is hidden but Police can submit supplementary chargesheet with this”. He said this as warning. Today, flyover is standing and serving the people of Agartala with pride and High Court of Tripura too granted anticipatory bail for former Chief Engineer Sunil Bhowmik which has saved Bhowmik from Police’s brutal torture and harassment. Infact, the Left Govt’s construction works so far maintained qualities as Apollo hospital representatives too praised IGM construction in their recent visit saying it’s unrecognizable whether it is Govt or a Private hospital. Badal Chowdhury was not only PWD but Health Minister too.

BJP Govt's Politically motivated Flyover Case has received a major jolt in the High Court today.

Former PWD Chief Engineer Sunil Bhowmik, official Somesh Das received permanent anticipatory bail in High Court in a judgement today.

Senior Advocate Pijush Kanti Biswas said that this flyover project was not only checked in quality but State Govt called nationally renowned company to verify it.

The company later was bound to say that in that minimum budgets such wonderful works have cited examples.

However both the former officials have received their bails in very early stage of the investigation.

Anger erupted against BJP Govt when it started plawise attacks on none other than but the clean record holder former Minister Badal Chowdhury who indeed constructed whole Tripura. He is called the architect of Tripura connecting deep rural areas with roadways and various projects.

Amid various allegations, so many the then opposition leaders have praised Badal Chowdhury for his honesty and hard work. One of the politically motivated case to malign Badal Chowdhury’s image was the flyover and today with the bails accepted once again it has been major jolt for the BJP Govt.
