AGARTALA, Dec 4 (TIWN): Not only expenditure and wastage of Govt funds in Ministers’ quarters renovation and carnival like issues and using Govt helicopters in MLA’s son’s marriage festival and Agartala-Delhi flight-fares of family, political trips to various states, donating RSS family of Kerala from Tripura public moeny from Govt funds but there will are more scam rows under the BJP Govt led by Chief Minister Biplab Deb which claimed Govt bought Rs. 5,000 ducks per piece from a company in Bangalore, which died maximum soon.
It was in February that the controversy erupted he claimed that the duck babies costed each Rs. 5000 each.
Biplab Deb said that 2000 ducks which are given today to Neermahal locals costed total 1 crore of budget. He affirmed, these 1 crore was a part of tax collection.
“Those ducks were brought from Bangalore”, he said on February, 2019.
However after 1 crore was claimed as each duck’s price, calculation said, then 1 duck=Rs. 5000.
