AGARTALA, Nov 30 (TIWN): Assam Rifles conducted Yoga Camp at Berean English Medium School, Mandai, District - West Tripura on 29 Nov 2019 to spread awareness about the ancient practice of Yoga and its benefits on physical, mental and spiritual health and well being.

A total or 350 locals including students and teaching staff attended the camp. Yoga is a traditional Indian exercise about harmonizing the body with mind. The workshop included Pranayam, various Yoga poses and meditation. 3. Locals expressed their gratitude and appreciated the commitment of Assam Rifles.
