AGARTALA, Nov 29 (TIWN): In an interview with TIWN, Tripura Congress leader Subal Bhowmik has hit the BJP led State Govt for massive poverty in state and Chief Minister Biplab Deb for his busy schedules with all unimportant programmes.

“CM does not have time to see poverty but has massive times to waste on Khela, Mela, Bhai-phota, Shaadh, Kali puja etc”, Subal Bhowmik told TIWN.

“Even our CM visited in public home to celebrate “saadh” and posting in social media”, Subal Bhowmik told Saikat Talapatra, who was interviewing Subal Bhowmik on behalf of TIWN.

He further hit the Govt for imposing taxes on common men amid massive poverty going on in the state. Subal Bhowmik said, when such levels of poverty and hungers are going on, people are dying, committing suicide due to poverty, debts, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb is busy in propagating himself via unimportant programmes.

“20 months are enough to judge a Govt but you can understand where the Govt is heading towards in 20 months. The Left turned a Corrupt much later, after staying in power for long-term but this Govt is already duped in various corruptions including recent cancer Medicine corruption”, he added.
