AGARTALA, Aug 24 (TIWN): Viswa Hindu Parishad on Saturday has organized a massive rally on Sri Krishna’s Janmastami to mark the celebration.

Huge numbers of colourful attired children participated in that rally.

Janmastami celebration has been started across Tripura along with other states. Krishna Janmashtami, also known simply as Janmashtami or Gokulashtami, is an annual Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of Krishna, the eighth avatar of Vishnu.
