AGARTALA, Aug 16 (TIWN): While addressing recently in a protest gathering against removal of article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir CPI-M senior leader, former Minister Badal Choudhury raised question why in the name of Article 370 no bill was passed in the Parliament ?

Choudhury hinted that just like the previous election was won by BJP without any development of the country and India-Pakistan war, in the same way the Govt is proceeding to create sentiment to hide all failures.

“In the last Parliament session, why there was no talk about unemployment, poverty. Was a single bill passed to develop economy but only anti-national decisions have been taken”, Badal Choudhury said.

“Modi knows very well that the problem of Kashmir will not end soon. But he has planned well to increase Assembly seats and to turn Kashmir into Hindu-rastra”, Badal Choudhury added.

“What Modi is saying, he will not stand here. His ultimate aim of Hindu Rastra will be fulfilled. A religion based country can never be developed and all countries one day will push India behind in development”, Badal Choudhury said.
