AGARTALA, Aug 11 (TIWN): Tripura’s Queen Pineapples have proven its self-preservation power as all the pineapples have reached at Dubai fresh which were sent 22nd July.

Chief Minister Biplab Deb said it’s a great development that all the pineapples reached fresh amid the time duration.

Deb said, it was just a sample and Govt will send more pineapples now.

Pineapples have been imported to Dubai, UAE today from Tripura’s Kumarghat on July 22nd.This was the second big festival organized by Tripura Govt promote Queen Pineapple productions.

Chief Minister Biplab Deb has flagged off the export programme in the presence of Agriculture Minister Pranajit Singha Roy and other MLAs.

Queen pineapple is Tripura's 'State Fruit', has been promoted by the BJP Govt.
