AGARTALA, Aug 7 (TIWN): Since July 2019 rapes and molestations have been increased heavily in the state, however, immediate actions are being taken by the police. Just on yesterday a Neighbour grandfather has allegedly raped a 9 years old girl in Tripura.The incident took place at Khowai sub-division’s East Ganaki village when nobody was at the home.The 52 years old man Ajay Das entered the room from the backdoor and raped her. The aunt saw Ajay Das while coming out of her room.A 9 years girl in Jogendranagar was raped recently. After a 9 years girl at Jogendranagar was raped before few days, one more minor girl was raped in Tripura. This time, a five years minor girl was allegedly raped by her neighbour uncle, Jiban Debnath, by profession an auto driver.On Friday Adarsha Coloni area of Gaokulanagar under Bishalgarh this incident took place.The child left injured and undergoing heavy bleeding. Her mother informed the neighbours and they immediately took her in hospital.On that night FIR was lodged in the police station at Bishalgarh. The accused has been arrested.Local people and political parties demanded death penalty of the rapist.

On July, a 22 years man was arrested for allegedly raping 55 years old woman in Tripura.The incident took place at Radhapur area, in night 2 am. Injured woman has been hospitalized.

The victim on that night was alone at home when the accused Jewel Debbarma entered her home.He knocked the door but the woman didn’t open the door and tried to escape from the back door but the accused allegedly caught him and raped her.

Rape rows are horrifying Tripura as for a week multiple minor girls’ rape and even murder cases were registered in Tripura Police stations, although in all cases police took immediate actions.

One more rape accused named Shanku Das, S/O-Ratish Das, Fatikroy’s Laljuri village was arrested by police for allegedly raping a minor girl, who is a student of Class-IV in July 21.

Then in Dharmanagar Police caught two rape accused persons in connection with a 6 years girl’s rape and murder in July. One of the accused persons is Sourabh Nath (19) and another is Dibarkar Das (20). Both of them are residents of Dharmanagar Padmapukur area. A scooty was seized which was allegedly used by the culprits in this rape incident. Police now investigating the case and strong actions are being taken against them.

At the same time, when this 6 years girl’s rape and murder at Dharmanagar has horrified the state, one more minor girl was raped in Kalangar Par of North Kadamtala.

A 12 years girl was raped and a person has been arrested based on the complaint of the victim family.He kidnapped the girl and took her in a jungle, raped. The injured and mentally shocked 12 years victim girl complained the matter to her parents. Police  led by OC-Debajit Chatterjee is further investigating the case.
