AGARTALA, Aug 5 (TIWN): SDM of Jampuijala held peace meeting after a massive clash erupted between these two allies after appointment of BJP MLA from Golaghati Birendra Kishore Debbarma as Chairman of Block Advisory Committee (BAC).

Across Takarjala IPFT on Thursday allegedly created turmoil, burnt party offices and created panic among the people.

Centering a programme of BJP, Jamupuijala came under massive clash between ruling BJP and IPFT.

Extra force was deployed to control the IPFT. Allegedly 7 BJP’s supporters’ houses were attacked.
