AGARTALA, Aug 1 (TIWN): A horrifying road accident has snatched a youth’s life in Agartala today followed by reckless driving which wasa not checked by traffic dept, then negligence of Assam Rifles which was carrying wire over the road.

The youth allegedly came in reckless mode and the wire suddenly strangled around his neck, left him pathetically dead on spot.

The deceased has been identified as Nirutpal Sinha (21). He was a student of MBB College, was going to home.

Police is investigating the case, talking to the eyewitnesses.

Even after direct warning by Chief Minister Biplab Deb, the traffic dept failed to do patrolling properly.
