AGARTALA, June 18 (TIWN): BJP’s internal clash has caused massive faceloss for the party as this time BSF jawans advised the BJP workers and leaders how to solve issues without open fighting.

If BSF jawans were not there, then Manik Das was surely beaten by mob. Manik Das is allegedly making huge moneys by manipulating candidates' list. 

BJP leader Manik Das  who was gheraoed by his own party workers at Charipara faced, “Manik Das chor hai” slogan.

Later BSF jawans told the BJP workers that they must inform their leaders instead of creating problems on road. They also gave better advises on the political ground. However, it damaged BJP’s image.

The issue developed after Manik Das held a meeting allegedly in a smuggler’s home who joined BJP freshly to continue the smuggling activities which he was doing since CPI-M era. BJP activists thought Manik Das and the smugglers held secret meeting, were making Panchayat election candidates’ list.

With all these long chaos created in Charipara, later the video was put in social media by own party workers.
