AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, June 2 (TIWN): New chit fund companies are coming in Tripura, however, police have kept strict eyes on them.

Two persons arrested in chit fund case at Dharmanagar in North Tripura District.

According to the reports, one Mintu Malakar collected huge amounts from the local women at Dharmanagar’s Deoanpasa.

The name of the chitfund company is “Micro Finance Organization”. He was allegedly working under Santanu Majumder, S/O-Santa Majumder.

Both Mintu Malakar and Santanu Majumder were arrested after victims filed cases against them at the local police station.
