AGARTALA, March 25 (TIWN): Resigned BJP Vice President, Congress West Tripura MP candidate Subal Bhowmik has submitted nomination today amid huge crowds of Congress supporters. Addressing media, Subal Bhowmik said, “Congress will win both seats in Tripura massively and Rahul Gandhi will be the next Prime Minister of India”. Taking a dig at Tripura BJP Chief Minister Biplab Deb, Subal Bhowmik said, “After 25 years of anti-communist struggle we brought a change but unfortunately under BJP no change the new Chief Minister could bring in the true sense in Tripura. Only the Chief Minister has been changed with the ruling party's changing. The spot where CPI-M had ended, BJP has started from that spot and promotion all undemocratic trends. CPI-M’s ending point is now BJP’s starting point. BJP’s corruption started from the point of CPI-M’s high-point of corruption and now it is spiking up day by day. No law and order is existing in the state under BJP's terror. The "terror" which was nature of CPI-M’s ruling, now BJP has made its weapon". "We (Congress) are confirmed that Tripura’s both seats will be won by Congress and to be gifted to Central Congress, as public are extremely unhappy, resented on BJP Govt", the Congress leader added.

“Today corruption has crossed all limits under BJP Govt and Party. Cheating of BJP with unemployed youths erupted massive resentment in Tripura. Earlier they promised jobs will be given on missed-calls but now if anybody calls in that number it says switched off”, Subal Bhowmik told media.

“MGNREGA wage  was promised to hiked at Rs. 340. They did not hiked. Social pension was promised to hike at Rs. 2000. They did not do that also”, Bhowmik said. 

“In all aspects the 1 year old BJP Govt is a failure. Not even 1% work was done of the Vision Document, but Chief Minister is saying 50% works are completed. Such a massive cheating was done with people of Tripura. Thus this time people will vote against BJP and they will vote for Congress massively in both seats”, said Subal Bhowmik.
