AGARTALA, March 20 (TIWN): Centering the upcoming Lok Sabha Election, IPFT has started donation collection at hefty amount from its own people.

Earlier, IPFT received huge funds during Election from few mainstream party sources whereas this time, IPFT has no fund to battle the election. As a result party was bound announce hefty amounts of donations for the leaders.

IPFT is the aligned party with BJP but has announced separate candidates for the Lok Sabha election.

A daily newspaper in Tripura has reported, from Ministers IPFT has demanded Rs. 5 lakhs, whereas from MLAs Rs. 2 lakhs.

All BAC chairmen have to give Rs. 1 lakh.

CEC members are given Rs. 3000 of charge, whereas Municipal & Village Committee members will give Rs. 2000.

Apart form that the employees associations of IPFT have to give Rs. 10 lakhs whereas student organizations will give Rs. 1 lakh at least.
