AGARTALA, March 17 (TIWN): Reacting over the attack on MP Jharna Das Baidhya and her husband, the MP has written a letter to Election Commission of India.

At the same time, the MP has written to CM Biplab Deb, CEO Sriram Taranikanti, Election Commission of India.

MP Jharna Das’s husband Koushik Das was beaten and admitted in hospital in serious condition when both of them were passing through Hapania area.

Before this, many times MP’s home was attacked, but even after filing FIR no action was taken against the accused persons.
