AGARTALA, March 13 (TIWN): Political partner IPFT’s separate election battling announcement has shocked BJP.

Centering the upcoming Lok Sabha election, BJP National General Gecretary Ram Madhav will conduct a meeting with Tripura party leaders to discuss about the selection of candidates for two MP seats. He is scheduled to talk with IPFT, which has announced to give separate candidates.

But before Madhav’s arrival, IPFT has announced to fight the Lok Sabha Election all alone as a gesture to their Tipraland demand.

In a press conference, IPFT leader Mangal Debbarma said that during BJP National President Amit Shah’s visit also the IPFT leaders held meeting with him, but no development came.

As only two seats are preserved for Tripura Lok Sabha election, so IPFT will give own candidates.

IPFT also confirms in coming days, IPFT will be strengthening the Tipraland demand whereas BJP is being carried out its “Ek Tripura, Shrestha Tripura” slogan.
