AGARTALA, March 12 (TIWN): When Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Women’s Day 2019 has claimed that crime against women was downed by 9%, there is no respite from everyday crimes, whereas Women Commission never speaks out when BJP persons are involved in such crimes.

In midnight 5 BJP miscreants led by Bikash Das and Pintu Das attacked a housewife, assaulted her at Birganj area in Amarpur.

Victim alleged the miscreants entered at the home when already her husband and child were sleeping. The miscreants attempted to unclothe her.

When she screamed and her husband attempted to save her, the miscreants attacked on her husband.

Later when husband's parents woke up and everyone started screaming, the miscreants left the home after vandalizing whole house.
