AGARTALA, March 11 (TIWN): CPI-M leaders Sitaram Yechury, Gautam Das, MP Jiten Chaudhury already complained to Election Commission in Delhi against 3 tainted officials who might help BJP in Poll Rigging, officials are Addl DGP Rajiv Singh, SP West Ajit Pratap, DM West Sandeep Mahatme. Congress also filing official complaint against these officials to stop immiment Poll rigging in Lok Sabha Election. In a move to Election Commission of India to exclude to corrupt police officers from Election duties along with one District Magistrate as they acted as BJP, RSS servants instead of IPS officers. Additional DGP Rajiv Singh and SP West Ajit Pratap Singh since 1 year acted as Biplab Deb & BJP's loyal servants, played role of supporting BJP goons & mute spectators during local body polls when 90% opposition candidates couldn't even collect their nomination papers due to brutal attacks, so BJP won 90% seats uncontested. Another District Magistrate Sandeep Mahatme’s name is also there in the complaint list. Already when CPI-M leaders led by Party National General Secretary Sitaram Yechury, MP Jitendra Chaudhury, Tripura CPI-M General Secretary Gautam Das visited Election Commission office and met the Commissioner Sunil Arora, they have complained about them and now opposition is in the joint process to raise their complaints before EC.

Tripura police’s mafia action came before public when one youth Dipak Debnath was arrested without any FIR at night 2 am after he shared Tripurainfoway.com (TIWN) news which exposed BJP MLA’s fake degree qualification and two HS passed certificates.

Then when it comes about Rajiv Singh and SP West Ajit Pratap Singh’s impression, High Court of Tripura already exposed him for various illegal action against Tripurainfoway and its Editor’s family members. High Court in a Historical verdict on 17th January, 2019 warned SP West Ajit Pratap Singh not to harass TIWN Editor’s senior citizen parents. Also Ajit Pratap is responsible for sending illegal notice to TIWN domain company to shutdown TIWN. All the activities SP West did under Rajiv Singh’s order.

In case of Madhav Bari violence, Biplab Deb Govt hasn’t taken any action against Ajit Pratap Singh even after he is the main reason that police started brutal firing on NESO agitators on January 8, 2019 when youths were protested against Citizenship Amendment Bill.

Rajiv Singh in exchange getting multiple benefits as he already made his son’s place in Tripura Cricket team amid his bad performance eventhough Rajiv Singh and his family is from Jharkhand, not Tripura.

IPS Officer Rajiv Singh’s own brother Sanjiv Singh was arrested for Rs 6 crores theft in Hazaribagh and Police, CBI arrested Sanjiv Singh for theft of Rs 6 crores theft from Allahabad Bank, Hazaribagh Branch. To save brother from Jail, in August-Sept 2017, IPS Rajiv Singh used Politicians to bag CBI Joint Director Post in Delhi whose main target is actions against Financial Crimes. Sanjiv Singh, is accused (published in all national media) of swindling Allahabad Bank's branch in Ranchi of Rs. 6 crore. The Singhs' family home in Hazaribagh in Jharkhand was also raided in 2016,2017 when the CBI first registered a case against him. 

In May'2018 CBI suddenly terminated Rajiv Singh from CBI but move was shown as sending his back to Tripura. As per Hindustan Times report on June 19,2018 Rajiv Singh's corruption was once again exposed.

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) was examining at least four desktop computers used by the personal staff its former joint director Rajiv Singh who was recently prematurely repatriated back to his parent cadre in Tripura.

 On May 23, the government in a surprise move ordered premature repatriation of Singh, who is a 1993 batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer. The government order specified that Singh was being sent back to Tripura at the request of the state government.

CBI admitted that the computers were being examined because of the unusually high volume of mails being sent out from Singh’s e-mail account, which was typically accessed, for official purposes, by his personal staff from the four computers.

 “On May 17, Rajiv Singh’s personal staff could not access his email and the agency got in touch with the National Informatics Centre, the cyber agency of the government. The NIC informed them that due to unusually high number of emails being sent out, the email account was automatically blocked a day          before. Since the email account was being accessed from four desktop computers, they are being examined. As of now, the agency has not found any breach of its data.” 

Tripura’s tow local body elections were massively influenced by police’s corruption, videos of open rigging of polls are viral yet, whereas no action was taken against the ruling party miscreants. In this condition, oppositions in demand of excluding both of these corrupt IPS officers from election related any duty. 

To save Democracy and conduct free & fair Lok Sabha polls in Tripura, removal of 3 tainted officials turned most important tasks as all 3 are close coterie of Biplab Deb, Pratima Bhowmik, and massive Poll rigging might paralyze democracy in Tripura.
