AGARTALA / MELAGHAR, March 7 (TIWN): After criticism erupted across social media on massive ducks death at Neermahal, now BJP Govt has initiated investigation to find out cause behind massive ducks’ death.

Recently Chief Minister Biplab Deb had gifted 2000 ducks to Neermahal locals and also claimed 1 duck costing Rs. 5000, whereas within 3 days 700 ducks died.

Now, at the primary investigation it has been known that the ducks are not dying due to any disease, but 3-4 days baby ducks were given to locals.

However, the investigation yet to be completed and from Govt side, no briefing was held so far.
