AGARTALA, March 1 (TIWN): Finance Minister Jishnu Debbarma has clearly given a red-signal for pay DA to the employees.

In a media query when asked, Jishnu Debbarma said that financial tight condition can not allow any DA clearance.

However, without giving almost nothing, BJP Govt has started propaganda that 7^th Pay Commission has been given. It was also claimed by Governor, Prime Minister.

Congress leader Gopal Roy said that 1% of 7^th pay commission was not given.
