KAMALPUR, September 28 (TIWN): For a decade, the sole puja little magazine of Dhalai District has been being brought out by single-handed endevour and this year too, the tradition is continued by the eldest and first media correspondent of the District, Mr. Supriyo Datta. Though a little magazine of mere 10 years of age may not sound something big, but it is a fact that even in our capital city Agartala, decade-old Puja magazines of individual effort would not be many.

Interacting with TIWN, Mr. Dutta informed that, he started bringing out the magazine in 2003. But in 2012 he could not bring it out. So, this issue is the tenth one. This magazine paved way to many new and prominent writers of the state. In 2005, Tripura Publishers Guild feathered the magazine with the Third Prize in Little Magazines category among the state. Interestingly, this decade-long achievement has been acquired quite silently, away from the hurly- burly of media and publicity.
