AGARTALA, Nov 4 (TIWN): Corruption allegation against new Vice Chancellor or Tripura University Vijaykumar Laxmikantrao Dharurkar being raised for appointing one Guest Lecturer who has neither P.hD nor NET but only qualification is hardcore BJP supporter cum part of Biplab Deb's paid Media Mafia.

Without NET, P.hD qualifiication, neither any prior qualification in Journalism Training Classes to any University Students, on what basis Vice Chancellor appointed such a medicore person whose only identity is Biplab Deb's bootlicker and organizjng Tripura's first FAKE National Award ceremony ? Biswendu Bhattacharjee is a part-time Times of India and UNI corrrespondent,  also an active part of Biplab Deb's media coterie, so Biplab Deb used his connection with Union HRD Minister Javedkar to influence Tripura University VC Vijaykumar Laxmikantrao Dharurkawithout  who appointed Biswendu with any required eligibility in Journalism Dept as Guest Lecturer.

Biswendu Bhatacharjee's is involved in many organized wrongdoings, who was behind the illegal press club FAKE election as the Vice President with Pranab Sarkar's gang, which was dismissed by the Court.

Biswendu Bhattacharjee misusing Times of India right  names to gain cloud with Biplab Deb and VC Vijaykumar Laxmikantrao Dharurkar and since CPI-M's era, Biswendu with his bootlicking attitude started to make huge 17 Lakhs profits via his NGO Arpan Society and now under Biplab Deb, Biswendu making huge ill-gotten wealth.

BJP MLA Surajit Datta raised the Biswendu's Arpan Society corruption issue with Rs 17 Lakhs scam in the State Assembly.

Biswendu Bhattacharjee was one of those turncoat CPI-M activist  who 6 months before BJP's election win started  favouring Biplab Deb in Time of India, UNI news items. 

It can be noted here,  the illegal Press Club Committee by Biswendu gang now under legal blunder of conducting FAKE Election as the real Press Club members to file another case against corrupt Judge Sanjay Bhattacharjee at Add & Session Judge Court, who is the brother of illegal Press Club Secretary (banned by Court) Biswendu Bhattacharjee. Later, it was exposed that Biswendu Bhattacharjee with the help of his relative  Addl Sessions Judge Judge Sanjay Bhattacharjee passed an order illegally during "Holiday" without calling the opposite party.

Biswendu now will be joining the corrupt group inside University whose main goal is looting University funds.

Without NET or Phd qualification, what such a medicore calibre Biswendu will teach to Tripura University Journalism students, its a question only VC Vijaykumar Laxmikantrao Dharurkar can answer.
