Agartala, Aug 21 (TIWN) The state has recorded the highest number of crime-cases against women in the month of July. Crime against women is increasing rapidly over the last few months.

The month of July recorded 40 cases in total, round the state. The cases include rape, molestation and also killings. Tripura Police and the Tripura Commission for Women is tensed over the present situation on number of crime cases increasing against women.

Police is trying best to arrest and detain those who are accused.
