AGARTALA, Aug 29 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb's gaffes now going viral globally as after national media, international media are also responding on the latest statement of CM about Duck's functioning in water.

"Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb has done it again. This time he has said ducks raise the oxygen levels of lakes and other water bodies", reported WION.

It was on August 27 that Chief Minister Biplab Deb while addressing at Neermahal festival claimed that ducks increase Oxygen (O2) in water by swimming.

"Ducks not only increase Oxygen but it also it helps to grow the fish fast. It helps in recycling and thus fishes automatically get the feed", CM said on August 27 erupted the main controversy.
