AGARTALA, Aug 18 (TIWN): After 2300 kg of ganja was recovered at Sepahijala District, SP Kulwant Singh said, in last 4 months along with 25,000 kilo of ganja, 70,000 yaba tablet stocks, 24,000 phensedyls were seized.

"We have zero-tolerance against drugs and it doesn't matter at what amount an illegal storage have been kept. It may be 2300 gram or 2300 kg, but no criminal will be spared", SP said in a message for the mass.

"The information may be small or big but police are acting very seriously to curb such crimes", Singh said.

“As a part of Anti-drug mission, police have spread its network at the subdivisional levels. We have put our secret informers and it has been told them if any kind of drug business is suspected they must informed police. Via any secret source police when have been complained, immediately police have taken action”, he added.
